Consultancy Requirement Detail

I am looking for a designer with expertise in plant layout and machinery arrangement for an e-waste recycling facility with a capacity of 10,000 MT per year. The designer should be able to plan the covered and open areas efficiently, arrange the machinery within the covered area, and incorporate office space. I need someone with overall expertise in optimizing plant design to ensure smooth workflow and best use of the available space.
